SPECIALIST 1-2-1 TRAINING (LONDON AND UK)

Whether for the Athlete, Fitness Professional or Casual Trainer we conduct a thorough programme using both ancient and modern techniques, designed to maximise performance and knowledge of the body and it’s functions in practice, leading to the continuing progression and development of a rehabilitated, healthy mind, body and spirit – all in order to help you become the best that you can be.

We offer one-off, consistent or course-based programmes where we:
Assess the Posture, Tissue status, Functionality and Mobility of the body
Rehabilitate the client through Therapy and Alignment exercise
Mobilise and retrain the bodily systems through Yoga and stretching
Move into increasing levels of S&C through Calisthenics and Olympic Lifting

Training is conducted either at The London Fit Club – or in summer outdoor options may be available.

We can discuss openly your goals and objectives and through careful planning and conscious movement we can help you reclaim your body to the level where you can pull off feats of strength and skill that you might never had imagined possible…

We are based in London but can provide trainers in some other parts of the UK – sometimes there is a waiting list, however we will usually be able to provide a trainer within your region without a problem.


 

ONLINE TRAINING (GLOBAL)

We also provide a selection of online training programmes.

All of our online programmes include:
postural analysis to assess aches/pains, dysymmetry and imbalances
customised workout plans (3 workouts provided each month for you to follow each week)
videos and workout sheets demonstrating and explaining techniques
a video call once a week to discuss and catch up on your progress and questions
